Luke was thoroughly professional right from the quote through to completion of the work The repair itself was excellent and the car is now as good as new. What I particularly liked was Luke didn’t quote until he had viewed the damage himself and didn’t just rely on my photos, so there was never any misunderstanding of the work involved. The whole process was made so easy by Luke . He promptly responded to my request for a quote. Gave us a reasonable quote on the spot. We agreed a date and the car is now sorted, looking as good as new. He needed to take the car for a day (it wasn't a little scratch !) and provided a courtesy car at no extra cost.
