I have used Chris several times, particularly for landlord safety certification. He is always obliging and helpful and punctual. This can be particularly important when dealing with tenants. On one occasion he replace a cheap unit to get a boiler working again after we had been advised by another company (not Checkatrade) that a new boiler was needed! That saved a few bob! Thanks Chris.
