    He has repaired what someone else started to do

    The initial locksmiths put in an over night lock however Nick looked at this and said this would not be a permanent fix and he had put this in the wrong way round so every time you opened the door it was catching. Nick went to Cardiff 3 times to get a part and fixed the issue.
