Great for House Clearances
Luke and his team were a pleasure to do business with when I needed a large house to be cleared. The team did a fantastic job, and tried to recycle as much as they could. They worked extremely hard and even hovered the house once it was empty. The cost was VERY reasonable and I would highly recommend Clearance Grafters to anyone.

Loft clearance
The work was carried out in a professional manner. The areas in the house were well protected and cleaned after the work. When items were found that could be saved they were identified and handed to us. Luke and his partner were polite and considerate. I will use them again for other work and recommend them.

House clearance
Luke and his team carried out a fantastic job. They were very thoughtful and respectful. They did a thorough job and even hoovered through the house when finished! A great team who I would no doubt call on again if needed

Clearing Garage and Shed
This was the third time I have used Luke and his team and as usual they were brilliant. My garage and shed were really full, but they are well organised and got the job done very quickly with minimum mess and fuss and also took other things I wanted to get rid of from inside the house as well. They are just such nice people and very easy to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble and they also came back another day, to collect some more furniture that I needed to keep for a bit longer. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them.

Removing alot of big furniture from a property
I am absolutley thrilled with the work that was done today, they were so efficiant and got the job done quickly and easily, their customer service was amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service, they even took a few bits of extra furniture for free the price was brillaint I am so pleased with the service I recieved and I highly recommend this company! Brilliant!!
