I recently had an air conditioning unit installed by Melak and Amanuel and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The installation was seamless—clean, efficient, and completed with no issues. They paid great attention to detail, ensured proper functionality, and left the space spotless afterward. I also appreciated their respect for my home overall. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing such services. Truly professional work and excellent customer care!

We hired Clever heating and cooling solutions for a multi-split (5) system installation. 1. The units were not level, and they did not bring it up until after we noticed it a day into the job. 2. They damaged one of the walls during the installation. We overlooked the above in the interest of finishing the job - we have a toddler and we couldn't afford increasing the installation time. However, after they left, we noticed that their outdoor electric work was poor and they left a tripping hazard. In response, they got very rude and refuse to give a date to fix.

Very good communication with Melak, he was able to advise me on the best solution for an air con unit for my new garden room. He installed on the agreed date, unit commissioned and explained to me. Very happy with the service and would recommended. Nice neat install.

Melak and his team from Clever Heating and Cooling were very professional. Communicated by phone and email answering my questions before I accepted their quotation. They turned up on the day agreed, and were good workers and cleared up after themselves. They demonstrated the new units and loaded the app on my mobile phone. A very good experience.
