They fitted an air condition in my bedroom.
Mixed feelings with the company, the air con unit was fitted, they damaged one of the bricks, and their solution was to put a box on it. This would look ghastly, there was no solution for this (apparently). We will have to contact a builder to remove the brick and replace with a non broken brick. The air con unit was great for the first 6 months, however, the Air Con started to make strange blow back noises. ClimaChill sent someone out and they just removed parts, rather than fixing, The machine still made noises, however, I was made to look like a liar, so never made contact again.

We work very hard to ensure all of our customers are happy with our work as evident with all of our feedback received but sadly this customer proved difficult to make happy. He reported a noise issue with the system that after 2x visits we were unable to hear ourselves. Customer was asked to record the noise issue but didn’t, we offered to visit a third time but somehow customer took this as being accused of being a liar when that wasn’t the case. Customer was then asked again if he wanted us to visit a third time but to date hasn’t replied. With regards to the brick the face did blow a little when we drilled a cable through the wall (this can happen), hole was sealed with silicone & we normally put a cable outlet cover over the hole which is standard practice or an outlet box but customer didn’t want either. Overall customer proved difficult to please by making complaints but didn’t appear to want to accept any suitable remedy, they haven’t replied to our last email so little we can do at this time unfortunately.
Fitted A/C units to two bedrooms.
Alex and the team from Climachill were great. They arrived on time and engaged with me throughout on where I wanted the units and if I was content with the work carried out. Alex and the team were courteous, knowledgable and cleaned up on completion having set the system up and given a tutorial on how to use the remote and app. Great service, competitively priced, I would use again in a heartbeat.
The installation of air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room
Very pleased with the whole process of quotation installation and commissioning of the air-conditioning unit in my home. The appointment times made were adhered too the quotation was fully explained and the work when carried out was carefully done by courteous workmen with no mess and great care. One of the unit panels had been very slightly damaged in transit this was picked up on by the installer ( Hadn't even noticed and a replacement was promptly ordered.) Fitment of the replacement panel was carried out with no problems'I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Supply and Installation of Mitsubishi A/c System
The second installation we have had in 3 months, the first was a bedroom ceiling vent system with unit in the loft and external cooling system. The latest was a substantial internal unit to cool the kitchen, orangery and dining area, paint matched to the internal walls, with outside cooling unit. We were so please with the original system we had no hesitation in getting CC to do the work. It was flawless from start to finish, from detailed quotation to superb installation, extremely competitive, high quality component's. Cannot recommend this company more highly

Arrived on time. Really nice couple of guys who listened carefully to our preferences for installation and then quietly got on with the job which was completed in the time allocated. A really neat and tidy installation which works perfectly. Would be great if all installers and tradespeople were as good as these guys.
Installed air con in 2 rooms
Great product and service. Having air conditioning in the bedrooms makes such a difference on hot summer nights. The work was done quickly and the installers were pleasant, helpful and very tidy. They did the job with the minimum of disruption and left the house as they found it.
