From start to finish the customer service and commuication was great! The actual job was excellent, very neat and professional. The cat flap was fitted so quickly and with very little distruption. I would highly recommend this company, really friendly and a joy to do business with them. 5 Stars!!

I had a window replacement in the conservatory due to a crack in the window. I found Tony and Diana very helpful and I am very happy with the work carried out it only took about 2 weeks from when I first made contact to completion.

We contacted Cloud Free Windows for a quote to get a cat flap installed into our ouble glazed French patio doors. The prompt communication and transparency stood out from the outset and the quote was reasonably priced. The job was completed quickly and to a high standard - Tony was great!

Brilliant, quick response, no fuss 5* really pleased

I just found these guys via a Google search and emailed them with my enquiry. Diana got back to me quickly with details and arranged for someone to come over and inspect. He was quick and polite - they then ordered the required part to come back and fit it a week or so later. On the day, he gave me a call to check if it was ok if he arrived early, which was very helpful, then was in and out in no time at all, polite to my wife, and left the room spotless. All in all, couldn't have been any easier or better.
