    Coastal Alarms were recommended to me by my electrician. Glen and Jack were both very pleasant, professional, reliable and straight forward to deal with. Works were carried out in a neat and tidy manner and any complications patiently and cheerfully deal with. Both seemed very knowledgeable and on completion explained clearly how to operate the system. It was an easy and smooth process from start to finish. The system works perfectly for me and I’m delighted with it. I would have no hesitation in recommending Coastal Alarms to anyone.

    Entire House Alarm System

    These guys were so far ahead in terms of professionalism, clarity of pricing, different options and overall service. We got 4 quotes and these were the 2nd cheapest but the service was first class. The install was done promptly and with no mess left behind. The set up was clear and simple to understand. Basically, I can't fault them and the after sales follow up has been just as good. No hesitation in recommending them to friend, family and anyone else who asks.

    Alarm system service and battery replacement.

    Alarm system activated - false alarm. Called Coastal Alarms, and they attended very quickly. Established that back up battery had insufficient charge. Serviced the system and replaced the battery there and then. Fast, professional response - very impressive.
