10 New kitchen

They recommended suppliers, and assisted with the design and recommended contractors. After stripping out the old kitchen, including some minor structural alterations , they fitted the new kitchen units, plastered, decorated, installed complete new flooring, rewired etc. They also took on and incorporated our additional requests and ironed out any problems as they occurred. Attention to detail was very evident on appreciating and suggesting renovation for an unusual fault on an old property. Friendly and knowledgeable through the whole operation and their attention to safety and adaptability when facing new challenges was evident and very welcome. Garage converted into a usable room and fitted flooring. Also had large wooden doors fitted at the end of the car port. An amazing service from start to finish. Coln Valley Renovations started work on our house very promptly after an initial consultation. They have been fantastic with providing solutions and skilled team members when we have asked for additional finishing work on our house. I can’t recommend Colin Valley enough. Sam, Byron and the team were great from the planning through to the build, and always had the flexibility to incorporate changes or suggest how we could improve our ideas. Having a full team of trades on-hand sped-up the build time, which was important to us and our young family. The quality of the work completed is outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with the service provided. They have also been more than happy to return to fix minor snags where plaster has dried or bifolds need adjusting. I received a very good service from Sam and Byron from first making contact to completing the work. Despite issues I had with supply of parts, they remained incredibly flexible and helpful throughout. I was really pleased with the work the team did in the upstairs bathroom, and asked them back to do the downstairs and to complete some decorating work in the hallway and on the landing. Excellent from start to finish. We’ve used Sam’s guys many times. Never over charges, always turn up when they say they will and come up with creative ideas we may not have thought about.
