I contacted Colne valley windows to replace my kitchen window. Charlie who i dealt with was always at the end of the phone for any help. The very friendly young man who came and took the measurements was very knowledgeable explained all the different options. The guys that fitted the window turned up on time and carried on with the job and within 2hours we had a lovely new window with low level handles for easy opening. Very happy indeed.

This was the first time we have used the services of Colne Valley Windows and they were really excellent.. Lee arrived on time to measure for windows and a door- there was no pressure to buy. Throughout the whole process the communication has been really good. On the day of fitting the windows and door, Lee and Sam were very efficient and professional, and they cleaned up when the job was finished. Everything looks really great and we can already feel the difference (especially the new front door)... I cannot recommend them enough !
