Ashley arrived promptly and quickly helped our issue. We had a recurring problem and he came straight back out to check it out. Unfortunately we are now awaiting Thames Water to sort the issue as it a problem further down. Ashley was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and I was blown away at the fact he came straight back out to have another look.
