Bi Fold Door Lock Jammed - Promptly Fixed
Our Bi Fold door lock jammed and we were unable to securely close the door. We called up Mark at Complete Locksmith Services early this morning who promptly arrived at the agreed time later that day. The problem was identified very quickly, the repair was made and some final adjustment to the door. Our home was left clean after the job was finished and we now have a working lock better than before. Couldn't be more pleased.
Thank heavens for people like Mark!! Even on New Year's Day, Mark was at our door within an hour and a half to fix the security lock on our front door which jammed in the early hours of the morning!!! He immediately identified the problem and told us right away what the total cost would be, including the callout fee and asked if we wanted the job done. He had exactly the right replacement in his van. Within 30 minutes the work was complete and we were extremely happy with the result AND the excellent extra security advice. Excellent service, highly recommended
Amazing service from Mark Steerment at Complete Locksmith Services LTD today. I thought my door lock had broken but it just needed some wd40 and he wouldn’t charge me anything, not even a call out fee! He also gave me some really good home security advice.
