Mark visited to adjust my front door and fit a new lock, and I couldn’t thank him enough for the service and advice he provided. Even our dog was spoilt! Mark came out very quickly and identified the problem as wear and tear, no surprise given the age of the lock. He replaced the barrel with a better quality one and up to British Standard. not only that but he checked the rest of the locking mechanism, undertook lubrication.
