    I have to say the customer service from Jim and his colleague Mario was exceptional today. Connect Roofing replaced our main roof three years ago and we couldn't be happier with the way in which that work was conducted. Today I discovered an unrelated problem on a separate flat roof where the flashing connecting this extension roof to the wall of the main house had pulled away from the wall and was therefore exposing us to a very high risk of moisture and damp getting into the fabric of the property. All repaired by Connect Roofing within an hour of me contacting them - brilliant!
