Fuse had gone in the mains board. It was an old mains board but luckily there was a spare fuse so it was just a case of swapping a few wires over. Karl tested all the sockets in the kitchen first, just to make sure but in the end it was a 10 minute job. He rang me 10 mins after l posted the job & arrived later the same afternoon, can't ask for better service than that!
