Central heating fault found and remedy found and sorted with ease and professionalism.
We had a problem with our central heating, could not work out what was wrong. After calling Cosy Cat Plumbing it didn’t take long before the error was found! A new thermostat gadget replaced the App type gadget and our heating is now working well. All sorted in a couple of hours. No mess, no fuss, the cause of error and resolution was explained very well. The replacement thermostat is now working, is very simple to use and has resolved all our problems of the complex previous difficulties. We didn’t know it would be this simple! Fixing upstairs heating
Jim was excellent. He responded very quickly and understood what the issue was and resolved this on the day. We had previously used another company to sort the issue but they weren't sure of the problem and quoted works which were excessive of what was needed. Boiler and thermostat replacement
I can’t thank Jim enough. From the very first second we got in touch, Jim has been outstanding. I had to replace a very old boiler (40 years old) with a new one. Another plumber didn’t even give me a quote as the job was too much for him. Jim instead came to take a look at it the day after we got in touch and gave me a quote after few days. He explained everything in details, gave me a 100% accurate quote and time frame, started the works when he said he would and finished the works when he said he would. Excellent workmanship
