Repairing door lock and repairing window lock

New UPVC window handles and hinges replacement and locking mechanisms
I was given Connor’s details from a friend, as me and my sister had a popular window company- whom I won’t name and shame, come out to fix our windows. We had issues still, and Connor came to check them, I showed him the invoice from them, what we paid for and what they did. He confirmed and showed me they hadn’t in fact done what they said they had done. Connor kindly put mine and my sister’s mind to rest, and replaced all handles, hinges and locking mechanisms on our UPVC windows.
