Paul and his team did a fantastic job for us. Paul came over initially and provided a very thorough report on the issue and the remedial measures recommended. He and his team were flexible on timings and other logistical issues and then were really communicative throughout. Daryl from his team in particular was always on hand to help, send over messages and keep me updated. He was also very understanding of the particular circumstances surrounding the job (relating to a house move) and was very respectful and professional. A good experience. From coming over to size up the job to having the work done and clearing up afterwards, the company were easy to deal with and kept me updated.
