  From the time Paul Moody visited me to quote on my damp problem, to the job being finished, I couldn't be more satisfied. His team of tradespeople were outstanding in every way.They covered all surfaces and floors to protect the kitchen that they were working in. Extremely polite and trustworthy. I was confident enough to leave them with my keys to do the job whilst I was away. I came back to a very clean and tidy kitchen. Excellent company to deal with!

  Really impressed by how courteous and tidy the guys were - no mess left and made sure they explained the after-care or the replastered wall, which can't be decorated for quite some time. Initial survey also gave me confidence in CPM as when compared to another quote/description of works i'd received, the CPM surveyor explained some of the work I'd been quoted for was unnecessary and inappropriate. Therefore, the overall cost outlay with CPM was lower.

  Paul was knowledgeable and responsive and the guys who did the work were very courteous. The reason I haven't scored higher on workmanship is that at times I felt I was providing a bit of the quality control (was Paul a bit over stretched?) and had to get the guys back three or four times for snagging (including bits that had been missed) or because of finish issues. To be fair they were very responsive to these requests and I am now relatively happy, although there are still a couple of finish related bits which I still need to put right myself. Louise in the office was brilliant.

  From start to finish this was an excellent experience. Louise was prompt, efficient and kept in touch from the administrative side, Paul diagnosed the problem and specified exactly what was needed in a professional and friendly manner, and Darryl and Des who did the repairs were exemplary in terms of workmanship and tidiness. Everyone was immensely helpful, kind and courteous. The charge seemed reasonable. So glad to have found this company and highly recommend. Will use again for any damp issues.
