Wow wow wow. I noticed wasps all over an area of my roof. I called The Crystal Group. Got an almost instant response. Neal came round within 30 mins…explained what he was going to do to get rid of the problem. He got on with the job and it was completed within 30 min. Never have I had such an incredible company do any work at my house. Thank you Neal for your impeccable service.

Called and was on site next day arrived on time and once surveyed areas of infestation gave me great break down in layman's terms of plan of action. Showed me areas of traps n poisen for safety reasons, also gave me great advice to prevent future problems. I found that Crystal went beyond their duty to deliver a great service at a good price and definitely recommend them for any pest control I have now used them for carpets cleaning and deep clean of home too and amazed at how good they look as expected to be told would need new as last tenner left place a mess.
