I would highly recommend this company. The whole process from start to finish was pleasant and carried out by professional people. James understood my brief for practical storage and simple clean lines and delivered a really good design. Then Stuart, the fitter, brought the plan to life. A personable guy, tidy worker and very skilled. He kept me involved in the process when an issue arose he offered options and we agreed a way forward. The whole project from initial design and quotation through to final fitting was very easy and efficient. Everybody we dealt with was extremely helpful and accomodating. The furniture is excellent quality and fitted by a real craftsman. We were pleased to be able to go to the Custom Creations showroom, see examples of finishes and materials and to meet the staff. They listened to our problem and produced a plan to deliver our understairs storage. When we install your bespoke furniture, we are mindful that we are guests in your home and so for maximum cleanliness our fitters use the innovative Festool equipment and will leave your room vacuumed and dusted.
