Having been let down by a previous plumber Luke came and saved the day! He repaired all the mistakes and installed our toilet and sink with no problems. I am sure he did a few more things than was on the original quote in order to get our downstairs toilet in good order, without upping his fee. Really happy and now excited to have him come and do our main family bathroom soon

Laid flooring with beading. Luke did an amazing job and left our kitchen/diner looking amazing with our new herringbone flooring.

Custom Perfection were the company assigned to us where we bought our flooring. From the initial communication all the way through the job, they were exceptional at communicating and were flexible with us around times to return. Luke was extremely knowledgeable about the flooring and despite the shop stating the skirting boards did not need to be removed, Luke was honest and explained it would not be as effective. Reasonably priced for outstanding and quality work and would definitely call them back for any other work.

Luke’s work is amazing he replaced mums bath with a lovely walk in shower, new panels for the shower, toilet seat & sink tap. He was always on time, hardworking & cleaned up afterwards. Thank you so much mum is really pleased with the end result.

Fantastic from start to finish! Luke was on time professional very fast awesome service for my 86 year old mum moved all kitchen appliances n even fixed the fridge which had a tube off! Following great work installing our main bathroom and ensuite back in June 2024, we had no hesitation getting Luke and his team back to install our Wren kitchen. The quality of their work is outstanding and their breadth of knowledge is impressive. I am very happy with the kitchen installation they have done and would highly recommend
