I have used Greg before, and when my very old boiler stopped working I was very happy to take his advice and replace it. The work was done promptly and professionally, and I can highly recommend him.

I have been using Greg for a few years now to service my old boiler, Greg did tell me that it was a cheap model and was nearing the end of its life. It stopped working in April. Greg completely installed a new better quality combi boiler and modified the existing piping. Greg did an excellent job, I will continue to use him.

Greg completed a boiler service and repair to my property. He was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the fault and what was needed to rectify. All work was completed quickly with no mess and at the agreed price.

In the morning I found my boiler had completely died during the night, so house stone cold and no hot water. Found Cutting Heating and Plumbing on here. Sent a meaage and within 5 mins Greg called me. Greg was great, We spoke for a few minutes and arranged for him to come over next morning. He was clear on his charges and what the possible issue could be. He came when arranged and sorting it all out. Very happy with whole process. I highly recommend Greg (Cutting Heating and Plumbing) . He's a lovely guy and honest.

We are very grateful to Greg for coming in over the festive season to fix our boiler. Not only was he very patient and helpful over the phone when we were explaining the issue, but he was also very prompt, friendly and professional. We will definitely contact Greg in the future if we run into any issues again.
