Boiler repair / refit
Boiler was not working and I had no heating. They fitted in me, worked through problems and kept me updated, discussed things with me honestly and did not over-promise. Professionally run. They even registered the warranty of the new boiler for me. Always asked me to report back and responsive to queries, taking time to explain. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Change 6 radiator valves and change nest heating system to Tado
They changed the radiator valves in a few hours but struggled to change the nest to a tado. The boiler fuse and switch seemed to blow. Unaware why, Chaz changed them both. He then began to make excuses as to why it wasn't working blaming some old wiring and eventually left me with no heating or hot water overnight. There were also multiple leaks that he left (but agreed to fix tomorrow at an extra charge). Next day I got someone else in who noticed that Chaz's wiring was wrong and he tightened up all the leaks. It was a very easy job that Chaz seemed to struggle with and charge me extra for.
