Polite and professional service

Service to Burglar Alarm/ Supplied/Fitted new Alarm Sensors and provided advice for CCTV issue
The Technician was polite, and knowledgeable and found out exactly what the problems is with my CCTV Recorder. He provided great advice and installed three house alarm sensors to a satisfactory standard. Replacement Security Light

Alarm battery was removed from property without owners permission
Requested a review and upgrade to our current alarm system that was no longer working since we had walls replastered in the house. Prior to the replastering, The battery in the alarm was replaced with a brand new one due to a low battery warning. DB alarms reviewed the system and could not repair and suggested replacing with a wireless system which we did not want. We requested a review by another alarm company who on opening the alarm found there was no battery present. This had been removed from the alarm on the initial inspection by DB alarms!
