Dean gave a quote and also a list of his qualifications and insurance details by email. Turned up promptly to do the job. Used cleaner and demineralised water and soft brushes, NOT jet wash as others had wanted to use which can damage cells. Panels hadn't been cleaned in 12 years, covered in lichen and bird droppings.
