    Derek's workmanship was good but i was disappointed when some tiles were left undone behind the waste pipe. There were definitely issues in communication and i'm most frustrated by being told he would call me back to resolve but he never did. In the end I finished the tiles myself. A lesson learnt in paying before being completely satisfied in the work.

    I phone DGD Ceramics and made an appointment for Derek to come round for a quote, he turned up on time and was very professional and friendly so I arrange to have the work done. Derek turned up early on the day we arranged and started work. I found him very polite, friendly, professional and very skilled at what he does. I am so happy with the outcome. Derek left my house clean and tidy and the work was done to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Derek to anyone.
