  Patio

  Dean laid a new patio ensuring that it matched our existing footpath and tailored it in so that it looked like it was originally there. Really looks great. As before when he completed our extension his work is too a very high standard, professional and clean and tidy. Recommend to anyone and have already lined him up to do a few other jobs for me when he is available as he is always busy due to his reputation for the quality of his work.

  Single Storey extension

  Dean is an exceptional builder, punctual, hard working, reliable and an easy person to talk too. He built our single storey rear extension from completion of ground work, bricklaying, insulation, GRP roofing; as well as plastering and internal flooring. Offered advice and guidance from his years of experience which all made sense and improved the end result. He is not only neat and tidy but also considerate and wants the best result for you as the customer. I would recommend him unreservedly to family/ friends and anyone undertaking a building project- look no further!

  Rendering

  External improvements to 1930s bunglaow

  Dean and team undertook a full removal of all old pebble-dash rendering and replaced it with new smooth render. All brick work was repaired and resealed and render repainted. New guttering, soffits and fascia installed. Soakaway installed in back garden to repair broken outdated drainage system. All work was carried out to a very high standard and I am confident that the exterior of my older property will now be robust and leak free for many years to come

  Instal new kitchen and bathroom as part of full refurbishment of 1930s bungalow

  Dean and team helped me plan and design the bathroom and to source all the fittings. They also fitted a kitchen alongside kitchen suppliers. The work was done to a very high standard and ensured I had exactly what I needed, using relatively small spaces, especially the bathroom

  Re-plastering of all walls in1930s bungalow

  Dean and team undertook renovation of my bungalow where all internal walls were crumbling and in need of repair. Some walls were removed to create open plan spaces. All ceilings were replaced following removal of asbestos and all were replastered and painted with undercoat in readiness for decorating. Work was of a very high standard and the finish was excellent

  Complete refurbishment and renovation of 1930s bunglaow

  Dean and his team completed a full renovation of my 1930s bungalow which was in need of complete refurbishment and remodelling. Internal walls were removed and whole property opened up to give open plan spaces. All walls were replastered and readied for decorating. External work undertaken to re-render and repair/replace guttering, fascia and soffits. I could not have asked for a more hard working, skilled and honest builder. He has worked with me at all times to ensure the highest quality of work and gone the extra mile many times to ensure the property is now a delightful new home for me.
