converting lift into bedroom

the builder and his team were excellent from start to finish. took a long time from first visit to initiation due to planning and building regs. kept in contact regularly, took detailed list of tasks pre work. during the work were always on time and work was completed on time as per the weekly plan. any issues during the works were flagged straight away with an explanation of how they would be remedied. quality of the work was good from builder and sub contractors. payments requested in stages once work was done and came in only a little over quote due to regs inspections. fully recommended!

Can’t recommend Andy and his team highly enough The work completed is exactly what we hoped for and at every stage he explains ed what was happening and how long it would take. Inevitability things were discovered that were not budgeted for but he always gave a very fair price for those extra jobs His team, Keith Dave and Dan are fantastic to

Outstanding work and guidance throughout the whole process. Andy and the team helped with every stage of the build. I could not recommend highly enough the quality of workmanship and trustworthiness of D H Developments. 2 jobs completed with Andy and the the team. I would go back to them again for sure. Garage Conversion

Andy and his team done a brilliant job on our garage conversion. Andy’s communication throughout the work was excellent. The team is friendly and work was completed within the time frame given and to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Andy and his team needing any building done. Thanks again Andy!

Kitchen / diner knock through

We had a wall knocked down to create an open plan kitchen / diner. Andy was very professional and took care of all regulatory work before starting the job. The team were really friendly and took care to tidy around them and job was completed on time 2 days before xmas so we were able to use the room. Next job already booked in, would highly recommend.
