  Dealt well with the unexpected problems

  Replaced leaky monobloc in fireclay sink

  Contacted me quickly, gave me a price to replace tap based on photos. When he visited it turned out not to be possible to remove old tap without uninstalling the whole sink. We opted for a new sink which Dene was able to source quickly, giving me a revised quote and a date to complete the work. On the day, it was discovered that the new sink would not fit into the space left when the old sink was taken out. The space could not be sufficiently enlarged because of the surrounding structure. But now Dene could replace the tap in the old sink and refit it. This was done quickly and neatly.

  Unvented Hot Water Cylinder Servicing / Repair

  Dene came on 24th of February and replaced out Hot Water Tank/Cylinder and did an excellent job, we are very happy with his services and would highly recommend for any of your Plumbing Jobs. Additionally, we are looking to book him for our New Bathroom project. So I would say 5/5! Surender & Veena

  Gas boiler replacement

  Dean did an excellent job of replacing our old boiler and the leaking hot water cylinder that had caused our kitchen ceiling to collapse. Not only did he arrange a next-day installation of a new cylinder that we could use right away with its immersion heater but arranged for our ceiling to be repaired as well.
