Alan has transformed our small kitchen into a beautiful open plan kitchen/dining area. The craftsmanship of Alans work is second to none, I don’t feel the quality of his work could be topped by any degree. We had a wall taken out, steel beams fitted, foundation works, structural alterations &every step was planned and timed to perfection. I could not be happier with what Alan created for us and the years of happiness and memories that are to come in our beautiful new centre piece kitchen/ diner. Alan has gained life long custom and we would never look elsewhere for future projects.

Alan came to look at the situation and immediately gave us the confidence that he knew his trade and could offer solutions. He and Russell were knowledgeable, straight forward honest and helpful. They explained what they were doing and kept to their schedule. The work was done quickly and to a very high standard. They even came back after the scaffolding was gone to tidy. No hesitation in recommending them highly. The problem was damp in the gable end, and involved work to the chimney, the coping stones, removing cracked render, replacing it, two coats of paint and one of silicon sealant.

I had my kitchen floor done and new kitchen put in. The work was exceptional and the guys did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend them

The team of Alan and Russell were excellent. We called them ‘The A Team’ as nothing was too much trouble when we asked for things to be done. They carried out a new kitchen refit, new double garage roof, repairs to main house roof, provide drains and soakaway to the drive, plus, numerous little jobs like re-hanging doors, repair to leaking taps etc. So we have no hesitation in recommending DK Broadfoot Ltd 100% for any small or large building work you might have.
