Hot tub maintenance
I’ve sent 2 emails to this company as I was struggling to find a local company to assist with my hot tub maintenance. No reply at all, so I’ve given up and saved myself some money by doing it myself. I felt awkward sending a chaser email but I did and still nothing back. They obviously don’t want the work!

after the initial contact was made and told of the problem heard nothing back from them despite a couple of text messages sent

Professional, quality and effective.
From the moment of contacting DP Leisure I received a great customer service. They responded quickly and offered availability to service my hot tub. Having sent them photos of the job, they reassured me that they would be able to deliver a high quality service. They arrived at the property on time (which isn't the case for many delivering a service!) and were courteous, polite and professional. They got down to work, all while taking the time to explain the process and providing useful details. Overall, a great service and delivered as promised. Definitely would use again! Thank you

A real great experience from start to finish when dealing with team at D.P Leisure. Both Dean and Phil are excellent chaps with tons of knowledge, quality workmanship, tidiness and timelines. Would be using them for routine maintenance from now on.

Initially replied to emails and quoted. Asked to book in and didn't hear anything. Chased twice by email with no replies so gave up
