Major gas boiler service and installation of a new toilet. Shaban conducted a thorough inspection of the boiler system and recommended a number of fixes. The work was completed on time and to a high standard.

I was told over the phone that the call-out fee was £60 and that any additional work would be quoted before proceeding. However, when the plumber arrived, he just tightened a few bolts, which took less than two minutes, and then charged me £250. Even though he never gave me a quote and I never agreed for the work to be carried out. This feels completely dishonest and unethical. When I challenged him on this he became very insistent and rude and demanded that I pay him on the spot. Please avoid this company at all cost! They clearly intend to fool people.

Brilliant service, arrived within the hour to fix a leak under the bath at my elderly parents home. Very friendly and fixed the pipes in quick time. Will definitely use again for any future work. 10/10 Thank you.

I returned from a trip to find my boiler was not working,I needed a repair quickly and while I completely expected to be charged commensurately I was shocked when i was charged £634 for an hour service requiring the replacement or 2 fuses. Unless money is no object be careful when using someone like this that you dont know,ironically some of their testImonials include 'great prices'
