9 New Boiler Fitted

I didn't really want to write this review as I have no problem with the installation of the boiler. DY Maintenance fitted a new gas boiler November 2023 with no issues. Long story short I am selling the property and it has been brought to my attention that the boiler has never been registered. After two phone messages and email sent, no reply! I have had to pay another Gas Safe engineer to inspect and sign off the boiler so I can obtain the Building Regulations Compliance Certificate that is required by the solicitors, very disappointed with DY Maintenance.Verified reviewerJob location: TS1510 Oil Tank Installation

Excellent. Professional, down to earth advice, competitive quote, all done in good time-frame. Left the site extremely clear of rubbish. Went out of their way to ensure that we would be happy with the completed project. Work done to OFTEC regulations. Stress free. Do not use. They cracked my kitchen tiles and tried to cover it up with my dish washing rack. They have also failed to provide a receipt and record of service. Our elderly Worcester Bosch oil-fired boiler needed replacement after its casing started leaking. I contacted several firms in mid November, many of whom told me they wouldn’t be able to help until January. Dave visited the same day and provided a quote that evening. He wasn’t quite the cheapest, but instilled confidence, so I accepted and paid a 50% deposit. Installation was arranged the following week. His colleagues Lee and Paul arrived on time on the day Dave had specified and were excellent.
