Darren was very helpful and honest. He explained the problem and advised me that it was a computer board problem and it would be expensive. I will be better off getting a new one. He only charged the call out fee as he couldn't fix it. Thank you Darren 👍

I would recommend them

Darren did a good job. He sent a message to say he would be running late. He figured out what the issue was and happened to have the part we needed in his van. He tested the oven to make sure it worked and the oven has been working well since he came a week ago. He was polite, efficient and did the job we needed him to do .
