We've really enjoyed working with Datum on our first new build. They've been professional since the very beginning and their advice/knowledge has been invaluable throughout all stages. We're very happy with the updates we received, the high standard of work that they produced and the time in which they completed the job. Paul, Nik, Greg, Paul H and everyone that we have dealt with along the way has made our first new build house a pleasure to build. Highly recommend Datum to anyone looking for top quality work at a competitive price. We certainly look forward to working with them again soon.

The work was planned from the outset and was carried out to the plan virtually to the day. I am really pleased with the quality of the finished work. The team were all courteous and helpful. Based on my experience I would thoroughly recommend Datumpoint for this kind of work.

Datum Point were great from start to finish. I had a vision of how I wanted my property to look when it was completed and throughout the project, regular meetings with Paul Adams, who managed the project, meant that my vision was created beyond my expectations. Not only did they carry out the works to a high standard, the design input and creative eye of Paul was second to none. Being an old property and squeezing in extra bedrooms and bathrooms, there were always going to challenges along the way but these were dealt with brilliantly and my vision was never compromised.

Datum Point started when they agreed, charged us what they agreed, finished when they agreed and were incredibly helpful when we changed some of the spec. They were a great team to work with and we are very happy with the finished building.

I appointed Datum Point Construction to undertake the demolition of my existing garage, building of a new kitchen extension and fitting of a new kitchen. The team were so helpful in working with me to finalise design and build a programme to suit my budget. The workers were all really lovely, hardworking and reliable. They left my home tidy despite it being messy work and I was amazed to see how quickly the extension went up. I would absolutely recommend Datum Point to anyone looking for a trusted local builder. They're great guys.

Really pleased with the work carried out, they handled the issues that arose (including issues that were not due to anything they had done) quickly and efficiently. Work was done to a high standard, very approachable and happy to come back to make sure any snagging is dealt with. Would recommend them.
