    Great painters, great advice and great job

    Painted 2 rooms, different colours, including coving, a fireplace and a number of smaller, more, harder, areas as well as filling old shelving holes, pasting over and sanding down to a flat surface. Deco come more than highly recommended, having used them twice now, on both occasions doing a great job, in a timely manner.

    I am very pleased with the work carried out by Tony and Chris decorating the outside and kitchen. I have used them several times before and they again have done a very professional job. They are always very helpful and included a couple of smaller jobs in the bedrooms.

    Kitchen painted

    So my partner desperately wanted our kitchen painted, she picked out these guys as she was impressed with reviews. After work done really not so impressed. One wall that Chris stated he could sort looks awful, even he came back to sort and still really disappointed. Wish I had been there to support my partner because I believe we paid for cash in hand for a bad job, plus afterwards we had to clean kitchen Three times, mess everywhere in cooker, kettle etc so very dissatisfied and disappointed.

    Response from Deco Plus

    Work in question, repair behind radiator (i.e customer picture) was undertaken free of charge for labour and material costs. Customer poor communication mean’t they failed to inform us radiator was not being reinstalled. The work was completed to an acceptable standard considering the radiator would have completely covered the repaired area. Kitchen was fully cleaned upon completion of work. We have contacted the customer directly and returned to undertake further free work but they are unwilling to listen and to receive these comments and scores we feel is completely unjustified.

    Tony and Chris were great. A family member had already used them and was very pleased with their work so I knew they were going to be good. They finished ahead of the time that they advised and I was very pleased with their work. Would highly recommend
