Security system cameras
We had our cameras installed 12 months ago and have had no problems. We had them serviced this week by Dean, he checked the system thoroughly and checked that all the cameras were cleaned and working correctly. Really professional and knowledgeable. We have renewed our 12 month service agreement which was priced well. Highly recommended
I contacted Dean a few weeks back to get some cctv installed. He was prompt with his replies and also advised on types of cctv and different models that he supplies. I opted in with using my own set up - EufyS4 Max PoE NVR (4 cams) and had an installation done only. Dean came on time, he did a walk-around the house to help pick the best spots. It was clear this was his forte. He was polite courteous and gave us hints and tips of good security including best practices of wiring. It took about 6hrs to get the work done. Gaining over 20 years of experience working with CCTV in the retail industry, I established Decota in 2014 (originally named Secure Home CCTV) it was grown organically using only customer recommendations and the business experienced steady, gradual growth in its first 3 years.
