John Dickson and Pete did a superb job of a new patio. It was difficult because of the levels, the end result is superb.

The work on our house included a Loft Conversion, Ground Floor Extension including Utility, remodelled the Bathrooms on each floor and upgrades to meet current Building Regulations. John Dickson and his team were very thorough, there attention to detail was excellent and the overall quality of the project delivered our expectations with no disappointments: On time, to specification and to budget. This was a remote project; John’s communications kept us directly involved with progress and timely decision making with lots of photos. We are very pleased to have used Dickson Developments.

John Dickson and his team have been outstanding. Completely trustworthy and highly reliable, they do exactly what they say, when they say. Communication is clear and honest throughout, and you always feel in safe hands. The quality of work is excellent, and the team are professional, organised, and hardworking. We were so impressed with the first project that we’re now working with them on a second property, which says everything about our trust and confidence in them. I would highly recommended this builder.
