    Dishwasher

    Very poor, original repair done by them in March via Domestic and General was incorrectly done. This came to light on 2nd visit by their engineer 10 November who admitted they had caused ‘slow leak’ when connection not correctly sealed, he apologised and told us water damage to laminate flooring would be sorted due to their error. Just has call from obnoxious lady in their office saying they wouldn’t be held responsible for a ‘repair’ from March!!! .don’t let them in your house !!

    Washing machine leak repair

    Outstanding call handling service from Dill and Sons. I'm so impressed by Dill and Sons call handling team - their deep knowledge and approach to managing service issues. I've made several calls to the team to resolve a leak to my mother's washing machine. What impresses me is how quickly the call handlers understood the issue, used their knowledge to identify the appropriate solution and scheduled appointments for engineers to visit. They remembered what I said and applied thought and common sense. This team are gold - it's so refreshing to have a positive experience (Oscars for Louise and Diane)

    What a lovely chap!

    American-style fridge freezer leaking from water/ice dispenser. Have just got off the 'phone from Phil. He was so helpful and delightful to talk to; he gave me so much advice during the call after patiently talking me through potential issues. We shall see how things progress or, hopefully resolve, over the weekend but if they don't you can be sure I shall be asking for a callout. Thank you so much.

    New controller on washer.

    Cant see why they have some poor reviews. Booked online, made a couple of enquiry phone calls, staff very polite and cheerful and engineer polite. As I live local to Sheffield branch was hoping for an early visit but cant have everything. Will recommend.
