Overcome a faulty alarm system with a neighbour not on a maintenance agreement.
10Verified ReviewI have a service agreement for my alarm system, my elderly neighbour does not. She came to me unable to prevent her keypad console repeatedly sounding. I contacted Direct Alarms to see if they would help and despite contracts not in place, regardless of a bank holiday Sunday, guided me through assisting my neighbour, without cost, to temporarily disarm the system and overcome the issue. We both were so impressed. No cost out of goodwill was charged. I have been a happy customer for nearly 20 years. An excellent company who since have resolved this issue. Thank you DIrect Alarms.
