  Consultation both pre/post with Direct Glass was reassuring and reliable. No sales pitch or gimmicks and being local I was able to pop in to showroom and liaise works to be carried out with staff.

  Replacement windows and repairs

  The team at Direct Glass were professional, quick and reliable. Our windows were repaired with new glass, hinges and handles. The work carried out by Pat & Brandon was excellent. I will definitely use them again!

  Replacement glass in windows, adjustments, and new uPVC doors

  Pat and colleagues from Direct Glass were great, and we're really happy with our new window glass (replacing dozens of older units) and glazed doors. They were very efficient and polite, working remarkably quickly and dealing with any issues very professionally. I didn't have to chase or nudge and a supplier issue with door handles was sorted promptly too. Their quote was competitive but it was especially helpful that Direct Glass could do new door installations as well as glass replacement/adjustment.

  New double glazing

  They cut a cat flap into a new piece of double glazing and fitted it. They were really nice to deal with and well priced. I’d definitely recommend.

  Secondary windows

  I had single glazing sash windows and was aware the impact of condensation and heat loss due to the old windows. Direct Glass gave me advice and recommended secondary windows being fitted. These were much cheaper than replacing the windows fully and easier to do. Quotes from other companies also said was the best option and best price. The service was amazing and I am really impressed with the workmanship and final product. Second time I have used Direct Glass and it was again a fantastic service. I am very happy with the finish and I have no condensation on the windows at all now!

  Window replacement

  Called for a v small window issue (double glazed glass had blown) and they couldn't have been nicer/more helpful. Reasonable quote, pleasant comms and swift/tidy replacement. Very happy to recommend this family run/local business. And a special shout out to Amber for answering my queries/being flex on my install date. 5* from me!
