Richard did a great job replacing a 36 year old shower mixer. He is really polite and listens to what you want. I needed advice first on what would be a suitable replacement, and after having a good look he helped me find one which works well. Once I'd purchased it he came back to fit it. Highly recommended.

Richard came to our rescue again when our hot water tank developed a leak. Within an hour or two of our call for help Richard was at our address and traced the problem. A quotation of repair works was forwarded speedily and within a few days a new tank was fitted. Richard also paid two further visits to check all was well and there were no further problems. A brilliant service - very pleased - thanks to Divine Water/Richard.

We had an out of hours plumbing problem that needed dealing with promptly. Richard arrived on scene within 30 minutes of the call for which we were very grateful and made a temporary fix to the problem returning again at a later date & fitted a new component. Richard was pleasant, polite & very helpful. All work required was completed professionally. In todays world you hear so many stories of rogue companies/tradespeople but Richard was a lovely genuine chap whom I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. He will definitely be my first port of call for any future plumbing issues.

What a great guy Richard is. We needed some internal pipe work and an old external tap replacing. Richard was quick to reposed and fitted us in the next day. Very professional and personable chap and will definitely use again.
