  Replacement lock for front door.

  David is a professional, dedicated and friendly individual. He recently came to our Arts & Crafts property to fix a broken lock on our front door and could not have done a better job! The new lock looks fantastic and is exactly to the specification that we were looking for, he treated the door with complete care throughout and was very tidy. I would recommend DKJ any day of the week and we will defintiely be using him again.

  DKJ Property services was excellent. They were courteous, tidy, efficient and brilliant at solving the inevitable minor problems that come up during any building project without fuss. David is knowledgeable, friendly and organised and great at communicating what was happening and when and keeping me up to speed with the progress and next steps. They are absolutely worth the premium price for a high quality finish. Thanks for a great a experience.

  Dave is brilliant. First class communication, speed and reliability; as well as being a great person to chat to and incredibly tidy. He repaired two ceilings, broken floorboards and garden decking, as well as resolving a bathroom mould issue and installing plug sockets; amongst other things. I highly recommend him and will always go to him for future work. 11/10!

  Redecoration work (2 rooms + hall), carpentry (understairs storage), deck oiling and pressure washing.

  This is the third time we've used David in just over a year and he did a great job as ever. This tranche of work was predominantly redecoration work but also some carpentry, deck cleaning / oiling and driveway pressure washing. We were really pleased with all end results. David was on time and on budget and courteous as always throughout. He also used his network to source 2 other suppliers who did a really good job on replacing some pipework and fitting new carpets respectively. Happy to recommend.

  Painted home office, garage and gym. Mounted frame TV in office and gym.

  I contacted Dkjpropertyhelps to decorate home office, garage and a new home gym conversion. They also wall mounted a frame TV in the office and gym, burying the cables in the wall giving it the proper flush look without any cables on show. I'd thoroughly recommend this company, they started the job when they said they would and worked to a deadline. Work was to a high standard, ie no brush or roller marks on the window sills to match original finish.
