    Replace door seal on Samsung washing machine

    Excellent service. Arrived promptly with the correct spare part. Proceeded with the repair and tested the work afterwards. Simple, no nonsense old fashioned service, what is not to like.

    Very Helpful Advice

    I contacted this company for help with my broken washing machine and other related electrical problems and a water leak. Although they didn't visit and carry out any work their help and advice on the telephone was 1st class. Their patience and time set aside to understand all these issues was so impressive. I feel sure their workmanship is excellent too. BIG thank you.

    Fixing a faulty washing machine

    After booking the job late Monday afternoon I was called promptly by the office who took my details and the job required. The engineer arrived the next morning and replaced the broken part quickly and was very polite. Would highly recommend this company.

    Slimline integrated dishwasher not working (no water pumping through)

    Very quick response via Checkatrade form. Booked in with a 3-hour time window (perfect); John was timely, courteous and fixed the issue with a replacement part he had in his van, while also servicing other elements that needed a bit of oiling/lubrication. Very happy with the service, from start to finish. Would definitely call on John again for other appliance repairs, and would recommend to others.
