Rob Evans arrived in the allotted time, having rung me 15 minutes before to inform me when he'd be arriving. He was a friendly and helpful man who was there to do a pre-repair inspection, which he seemed to do thoroughly. He talked me through what he was doing and explained that he would need to order a part and then what would happen when the repair took place.

100% satisfaction. Email informed me when engineer was due to call followed by phone call from the engineer who arrived at the time he told us. Very professional and tidy did the job as required, would recommend strongly.
