Excellent service! Quick to respond to queries and job handled in a professional manner.

Having read Domestic Heroes review online, we decided to contact them to the repair. We wasn't disappointed the repair was booked in for the next day. The engineer arrived on time, introduce himself and we immediately felt at ease. We were very impressed with the way he diagnosed the issue and gave us a verbal report. We required new fan, which he ordered for us. Another engineer came and fitted the fan at the earliest opportunity, which didn't take long, we were also very impressed with him. We were very happy with the service, the cost and have no hesitation in giving our recommendation.
