  Cellar tanking and plastering

  Don and Gary did a great job tanking and plastering our cellar. The approach was very thorough and professional and they were great to work with. They sent through a lot of detail of the works throughout. The pre-report was thorough too. Gary and Jamie on site were really pleasant to have around and worked very hard throughout their time. They are quality plasterers too and made a great arch out of an area we thought we could do nothing with.

  Damp diagnosis and treatment

  Don was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly assess the damp issues and recommend solutions. Gary carried out the recommended work to a high quality. He was professional, reliable and trustworthy, being respectful and considerate of my requirements, ensuring any disruption was minimised and tidying up afterwards.   Dry Rot Treatment

  Dry rot treatment under house

  We had an issue with dry rot in the subfloor space of our house - Don produced a high quality survey and diagnosed that the cavity wall insulation had dropped down and was causing damp under the house. Martin carried out all of the work to a high standard, clearing the cavity of all of the damp insulation, installing extra air bricks for ventilation and treating the dry rot. The ventilation seems much better under the house now.

  Dry Rot Treatment

  Death-watch beetle vs Woodworm

  We had a brief visit from Dom with the fear of the dreaded Death-watch Beetle in a main beam. It was a relief when Dom found the culprit was a picture frame oozing with woodworm. Could not be happier, quick efficient diagnosis, would highly recommend.

  Damp Survey

  Damp treatment works to terrace house

  Don did the initial inspection report, followed by Kevin hacking off the plaster and applying the damp treatment, and Gary doing the re-plastering. All in all, a very good experience from people that really knew their stuff. All were professional and efficient throughout and it was reassuring to deal with trustworthy and reliable tradespeople. It was also a very reasonable price and everything was left clean and tidy. Very happy to recommend them to others and I would happily use them again.
