My vulnerable 90 year old aunt had a very old heating system and inevitably had a leak. I contacted DPH as local and my initial contact with Michelle was invaluable and showed me this a company that cares. We decided on a new combi boiler to resolve the issues and received a home visit and a vert reasonable quote the same day. The work was carried out 10 days later to a high standard with the lads been very aware of my aunts vulnerability. Happy to recommend and will not hesitate to use DPH again.

Good communication via WhatsApp, friendly plumber and all round good work

The job was for removal of back boiler, water tanks, immersion tank, replace 5 radiators, install additional 3 and install a combi boiler. The whole team at DPH were superb from an initial assessment and advice to a detailed quote and work completed professionally and with all rubbish recovered and everything left clean. Extremely impressed and very happy with the work done.

I typically won't hand out max scores however, I genuinely can't find fault with the service provided. Communication was clear/transparent, deadlines were met within the time frame provided and documention was always given via email. Oh yes, and the shower was fixed (always a bonus).

DPH were brilliant from start to finish. Booked routine work turned into an emergency and they responded immediately. The whole team set my mind at rest from the outset and they installed a new replacement system seamlessly. It's nice to deal with people who know what they do and clearly care about what the do.
