The experience of Dorking Window Company was positive and professional from the get go. Once I accepted the quotation, they visited to carry out detailed measurements before ordering the sliding sash uPVC windows. These arrived in good time. Five new windows were fitted over two days. The team was led by Ryan, who had many years experience and instilled complete confidence in me. After completion there was no pressure to pay the final instalment until I had satisfied myself that everything was complete. Both their on site fitting team and office based support team were highly professional.

I have used Dorking Window Company twice now, and both times they have been brilliant, from the first call to make the appointment for them to come and measure up, to receiving a quote to the guys coming. They are polite and efficient and I am really pleased with the service that I received, I would highly recommend them.
