Very happy with the work done. We had a damp issue in a corner of our lounge that turned out to be a severe dry rot problem. That necessitated a complete floor replacement, with new air bricks and vents. From the initial extensive survey to the final coat of paint at the end, everyone involved has been very approachable, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable, making you feel confident your in safe hands. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I am very happy with the work done by Dorset DPC. I have used them on a number of occasions and highly recommend them. They always get to the heart of the problem. Luke communicates well and is clear about dates/costs etc. The workmen are polite and helpful, leaving everything tidy when they have finished. The French drains look great and should solve the drainage issues I was having. Additionally, Luke has arranged to deal with the area of the water ingress by treating the floor to ensure it does not deteriorate

this was my 2nd experience working with DPC. Luke came and did a very comprehensive survey of my damp and talked me through the options. Dean is a very polite and pleasant young man. He worked hard over the 4 days it took to complete the work and did the work very thoroughly and cleaned up each day. Would definitely recommend them

We had a thorough survey highlighting all the damp issues of concern. Dorset DPC were punctual, professional and worked with attention to detail thanks to Luke who oversaw the job. Further problems that arose were dealt with promptly, efficiently and skilfully. Dean worked especially carefully.

After asking DPC to look at my bedroom walls, they came promptly and confirmed that there was a danger of mould although it was hardly visible. Within a few days they installed an air vent on one wall and gave useful advice on how to prevent mould starting again. The cost was minimal and the work done in a friendly and efficient manner.
