The extractor fan above the cooker fell off the wall and was hanging by a live electrical cord. They cut the cord and made it safe. They also disposed of the fan and covered the hole for us. Immediate response to our request for help. Courteous and efficient.

Richard was brilliant right from the start. Great communication, including messages to let me know when they were on their way. He supplied and fitted six fire/smoke alarms and made sure every area was fully covered. The work was immaculate — clean, careful, and clearly done with pride. Both Richard and Tom were very friendly, personable, and easy to have in the home. It’s rare to find tradespeople who combine professionalism with such a genuine manner. Highly recommend. Richard was fantastic from start to finish. I needed some electrical jobs completed in my flat, and he was professional, reliable, and incredibly accommodating throughout the whole process.
