    A great job and price.

    Very pleased with the work carried out. Our kitchen drain was badly blocked and the two workmen spent quite some time checking all the gullies. When they had finished the drain was flowing freely again. They were polite and efficient and left the patio clean and tidy. We felt that the price charged was excellent value for money and would certainly recommend this company to friends and neighbours.

    I got an appointment quickly compared to other drain companies I tried, and at time and day I requested. The 2 guys came out and managed to sort the issue within 1 hour, despite it being a tricky one (patio installation mortar stuck in the drain). Very happy.

    Excellent Service

    As always over the last four years Drain Detectives have provided an excellent service by emptying our septic tank. The service is easy to book and today was carried out cleanly and efficiently by their operative Carlin.

    Cleared blocked toilet and drain caused by toddler and plastic lids...

    Came out to clear a blocked toilet that previously a well known London plumbing company failed to clear. Drain Detectives were great. They quickly identified the blockage with their CCTV, found the right manhole access point (not that straightforward at our property) and recovered the blockage (toddler decided to put a plastic bottle lid down the toilet). The engineer was great and cleaned up after. Given the time and work done these guys were amazing and very cost effective (compared with said other firm...) Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

    Great company!

    Drain Detectives were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The people on the phone were friendly and helpful - walking us through the process and booking us in same day. The chap who came to undertake the work was presentable, friendly and knowledgeable - with the right kit to hand to get the work done! I was then sent a payment link the next day to settle up. All so easy - thank you so much!
